Our Doctors
We are a private practice owned and run by our doctorss. We are committed to the highest standard and quality of general practice for all patients. Dr Kim Yeoh and Dr Betty Lau have been present since the start of the medical centre in 1995.
All doctors are involved in the preparation of chronic disease management plans, mental health plans and health checks. Our practice nurses are highly skilled in wound management and vaccinations. We also have a Podiatrist, Dietitian and Clinipath Pathology onsite.

Male GP
Dr Kim Yeoh is Malaysian Chinese and qualified in Adelaide, South Australia. He also speaks Malay, several Chinese dialects including Hokkien.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has postgraduate training in Acupuncture.
His special interests include Sports/Orthopaedic Medicine, Acupuncture, Minor Surgery of skin lesions including skin cancers, ingrowing toe nails, Implanon insertion and removals.
Kim is an accredited Doctor for Diving Medicals. He is also an accredited Youth Friendly Doctor.
Kim is a senior clinical lecturer involved in teaching medical students and a supervisor involved in teaching and mentoring GP Registrars. He also examines in the General Practice Fellowship exam.
Outside of medicine, he is a keen gardener with an interest in cultivating Japanese koi fish. His other interests include cooking, travelling, bushwalking and keeping fit.

Dr Betty Lau is Singaporean Chinese who graduated from University of London with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1987. She started her vocational training in General Practice in London where she had extensive hospital experience in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Geriatric Medicine and Psychiatry.
She moved to Perth in 1991, worked in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and obtained her Fellowship in General Practice in 1994.
Her special interests are all aspects of Women’s Health: fertility, antenatal care, adolescent gynaecology, complex birth control issues, menopause management/HRT and Mirena IUD. She has special interests in Diagnostic Medicine, Cancer Care and Psychiatry and can prescribe antiviral drugs for chronic Hepatitis B.
Dr Lau is fluent in Mandarin and also speaks some Hokkien, Foochow and Cantonese.
Betty is involved in the teaching of medical students and GP Registrars. Other interests include: cooking travelling and reading crime novels.

Dr Martin Liston graduated from the University of WA in 2004.
He has extensive hospital experience as well as spending time as a Medical Officer with the Royal Australian Navy.
During this period he participated in numerous overseas deployments as well as working with divers and submariners when posted to shore establishments.
He holds a Diploma in Child Health and is an accredited doctor for Diving Medicals.
His special interests include Sports Medicine and Diabetes Management.

Dr K C Si graduated at the University of Western Australia with a degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in1976.
Following his internship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital he continued to work and trained in SCGH Hollywood Hospital. After graduation, he had four years of training in general medicine, general surgery, emergency medicine, ENT, Orthopaedic surgery urology, plastic surgery, psychiatry and paediatrics. He also had training in medical acupuncture and is a member of the Australian Medical Acupuncture College (WA).
In 1980, he started his own solo general family practice at Mullaloo Medical Centre. After 37 years, as a Solo Family Medicine Practitioner he decided to join Prendiville Avenue Medical Centre in October 2017.

Dr Wong graduated from the University of WA in 2001 and is a mother of 3 girls.
She has hospital experience in Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Renal Medicine, Paediatrics and Obstetrics/Gynaecology.
She has a postgraduate Diploma in Child Health and has completed a course in Women’s and Sexual Health with Family Planning WA.
Her special interests include Paediatrics, Women’s Health including antenatal care and Mental Health.

Dr Rivera graduated from the University of WA in 2003.
He did most of his training in Royal Perth Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital and King Edward Hospital.

Dr. Sahi Foroughi is a medical practitioner with a special interest in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. He Graduated in medicine from Iran in 2004 and later moved to Australia in 2011, where he currently resides with his small family.
In 2014, he became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and went on to pursue further studies in skin cancer medicine for two and a half years.
With his broad knowledge and expertise in general medicine, Dr. Foroughi has dedicated his career to providing quality care and treatment to his patients, particularly in the area of skin cancer. He is also a proud father of two children.
